The Menlove Toyota project began with demolition of the existing dealership and preparation of the site for new construction. The new Toyota Dealership includes a showroom, new car delivery area, service write-up area, three levels of parts warehouse/storage including a 30,000 sf underground parking garage. It also includes administration offices, a 29-bay service area, 3-bedroom living quarters, a used-car building with a separate show room, and 6-car service/undercoating bays.
